Implementasi Pengambilan Keputusan Berbasis Konsensus Pada Organisasi MGMP Geografi SMA Kabupaten Karawang

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pengambilan keputusan berbasis konsensus dalam MGMP Geografi SMA Kabupaten Karawang, serta faktor-faktor yang mendukung implementasi pengambilan keputusan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui tahapan triangulasi data, reduksi data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pengambilan keputusan berbasis konsensus pada MGMP Geografi SMA Kabupaten Karawang melibatkan semua anggota, melakukan diskusi bersama, menampung berbagai masukan dari setiap anggota, hingga mencapai kesepakatan bersama. Pengambilan keputusan konsensus dipilih sebagai cara yang paling efektif untuk MGMP ini. Hal tersebut didukung dengan adanya komunikasi yang cukup efektif yang dibangun dalam organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan ketua MGMP yang partisipatif, budaya musyawarah sebagai bagian dari budaya organisasi yang terbentuk dari kearifan lokal masyarakat Sunda, serta hasil keputusan yang dapat mewakili semua aspirasi anggota.
